The Deep Vita C Ampoule 2.0 is the updated version of Medicube's flagship vitamin C treatment, upgraded from 13.8% to 14.5% conventional vitamin C concentration. Ascorbic Acid at this level is a genuine clinical dose — it is the most bioavailable form of vitamin C, the only form with robust clinical evidence for inhibiting melanin synthesis, stimulating collagen production, and neutralising UV-generated free radicals. The 2.0 formula adds Glutathione and Ergothioneine — two of the most studied intracellular antioxidants — creating a triple antioxidant system that protects against the oxidative cascades responsible for hyperpigmentation, fine lines, and cellular ageing. Sea Buckthorn Water (Hippophae Rhamnoides) forms part of the aqueous base, bringing naturally occurring carotenoids and fatty acids that complement vitamin C's antioxidant activity.

How to use

After cleansing and toning, apply the contents of one vial (or the desired amount) to the face. Press gently until absorbed. Follow with moisturiser and SPF in the morning. For an intensive course, use the full vial within 10 days of opening. For a weekly treatment, apply 2–3 times per week. Refrigerate after opening to preserve potency. Not recommended for use alongside high-strength retinoids in the same routine.
