Refund policy

For orders above 15,000 where the advance paid is below 30%, we require 50% advance and 50% on delivery - full cash on delivery isn't available on these orders since we purchase stock from Dubai upfront. Customers who pay 100% in advance receive a 5% discount. Cancellations are free of charge any time before we place your order with our Dubai supplier; once that order has started, it can no longer be cancelled. If an item arrives fake or damaged, we provide a full refund and cover return shipping. Sealed/unopened items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened items are not eligible for return.
